DesAmy (She/Her) is a Visionary Nurse Leader with demonstrated expertise in cultivating and managing exceptional teams to meet and exceed demanding targets and improving operations through effective employee motivational strategies.

Vivek is a Senior operations leader passionate about health-tech solutions that leverage data to reduce costs and improve outcomes.

Portia (They/Them) is a triple Brown University graduate (AB ‘03, MPH ‘06, MD ‘11) who brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience and 5 years of digital healthcare product experience to Burnout Anticipation Technologies. Portia supports BAT's product strategy, as well as creating the necessary processes for product discovery and delivery
